    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • ➜ You may not use paid advertising in search engines, social media, or other public forums.
    • ➜ All refunds or returns will be removed from any sales commissions. Purist reserves the right to deduct from future commissions for any commissions received from a refunded or returned order.
    • ➜ You may not receive credit for referring yourself.
    • ➜ If an Affiliate wishes to announce a new Purist product launch, it must be done at least 1 hour after our social media post is released.
    • ➜ While we understand and appreciate the need to be objective in your reviews, we request a minimum of one (business) days’ notice prior to posting a derogatory or negative review or our products so that we may look to remedy the situation and prepare our responses to customer service inquires accordingly.
    • ➜ If an affiliate releases a video that contains inaccurate information about a Purist product, Purist reserves the right to request that Affiliates revise their content with correct information, especially if that information is glaringly incorrect and/or detrimental to sales.
    • ➜ To remain in the Affiliate program, you must remain an active Affiliate and successfully generate a minimum number of sales. You need to show at least $1,500 in sales over a rolling 6-month period. If you can’t generate this amount of sales, you’ll be given your commission and removed from the program with an opportunity to reapply 6 months later.
    • ➜ Purist reserves the right to stop paying out commissions while videos with incorrect information about Purist are active.
    • ➜ Affiliates may use Purist branding and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Purist as part of the affiliate program. However, affiliates may not represent themselves as sponsors, official partners, or representatives of Purist without express written permission.
    • ➜ Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship as an affiliate.
    • ➜ Affiliates may not imply endorsement or sponsorship by Purist in any content, communication, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Misrepresentation of affiliation may result in termination from the program and potential legal action.
    • ➜ Your exclusive affiliate discount is not stackable with any other Purist deals and promotions including but not limited to Black November, spot promotions, etc.
    • ➜ Disparagement and Termination. Purist reserves the right to terminate any Purist Affiliate at its sole discretion, including immediately upon written notice to Affiliate, for any of the following reasons:
             (i) The Affiliate engages in conduct, makes public statements, or appears in public in a manner that Purist reasonably determines is offensive, immoral, unlawful, or likely to bring disrepute or harm to Purist's brand, including but not limited to criminal charges involving fraud, moral turpitude, or any felony; public or publicized use of illegal drugs; or participation in a substance abuse treatment program;
             (ii) The Affiliate publicly makes disparaging remarks about Purist or its products, or takes actions inconsistent with their promotion of Purist, including discouraging use of Purist products in a way that substantially impairs the affiliate relationship.

    Payout Guidelines

    • ➜ If you are approved, you will not be paid out until you reach $100 in commissions. At that time, you will be paid out once a month on or before the 15th.
    • ➜ You will not receive credit for shipping or sales tax.
    • ➜ You will not receive credit for referring yourself.
    • ➜ You will not receive credit for wholesale orders.
    • ➜ All earned commissions will be attributed to your account once the sale is displayed as “complete” in our system.
