    Return and Refund Policy

    Customer Satisfaction Guarantee 
    We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all Purist products. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
     

    How to Return 

    Contact us at info@puristnutrition.com with your order number and reason for return and the team will provide you with return instructions.   

    Return Shipping Costs 

    If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product), we cover return shipping.  

    For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.  

    Refunds and Exchanges 

    Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.  

    To exchange a product, please follow the return process and indicate that you would like an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.  

    Non-Returnable Items 
    Gift cards and final sale items (e.g., clearance or limited-time products) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  

    Damaged Products 
    If your product is damaged or unfit for consumption when received, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund, store credit, or exchange.  

    Warning About Unauthorized Resellers

    We cannot verify the handling, storage conditions, or expiration dates of products purchased through unauthorized sellers. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or customer support for any products purchased from unauthorized third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, unauthorized discounters). For your health and safety, please exercise caution when buying our food products from unverified sources.
